STYLUS™ SERIES WARRANTY INFORMATION
Canndescent Rechargeable Stylus™ Pen comes with a LIMITED WARRANTY! Canndescent accepts returns on items bought exclusively through our official Canndescent.store website. This warranty allows you to send the non-functioning vaporizers to us for a new, functioning unit after contacting our Customer Care Team. If the model you have has been discontinued, it will be replaced with a comparable current model. Our Stylus™ Series warranty is valid within 90 days after receiving the product. STYLUS™ SERIES RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
All non-functioning Stylus™ Rechargeable Batteries are eligible for a return or exchange 90 days after receiving the product. Please get approval and a return merchandise authorization, RMA, from our Customer Care Department before starting your return. RETURNS PAST WARRANTY
All Stylus™ Series Pens are NOT eligible for a return after 90 days of receiving the product under any circumstances. Contact our Customer Care Department at (877) 778-9587 or by using the Customer Care Contact Form for any questions.
INVALIDATION OF WARRANTY
The Canndescent Vaporizing Rechargeable Stylus™ Pen is intended for use solely with the battery and charging equipment that are provided with it, and Canndescent’s Ultra-Premium Cartridges. Any attempt to alter the Rechargeable Stylus™ Pen or substitute the battery, charger or Ultra-Premium Cartridges with unauthorized parts will serve to immediately and irrevocably invalidate this limited warranty.
UNAUTHORIZED RETAILERS AND COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS
Canndescent does not offer a warranty on products purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
SUBMITTING A WARRANTY CLAIM
When submitting a warranty claim, the non-functioning product(s) will require a special RMA to process requests which help us identify a Stylus™ purchase and proper shipping procedures. To receive an RMA number, and start a warranty claim process, you must first contact our Customer Care Department at (877) 778-9587 or by using the Customer Care Contact Form.
In preparation for shipping the Stylus™ Series product(s), we need to send you a specially padded mailbag and/or small box to ship the product in. Please write the RMA number on a piece of paper with your full name, order number, e-mail address and a phone number inside for easy identification. Once at our return facility, a warranty representative will evaluate the condition of the product and proceed with the process.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE ACCEPT ANY RETURN PRODUCT WITHOUT A RMA PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
WE WILL NOT PROCESS ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WARRANTY.
